Understanding is so much more

fulfilling than just surviving.

Whether working one-on-one, or with couples, or with large groups of men such as the organization Path to Spirit Warrior, the focus is always on personal discovery and growth.

Applying the best

of experience, living

and learning

David’s aim is to take the best of what he has learned
from his 40-year experience as a therapist, school psychologist, director of an inpatient service, family therapist and finally a co-founder and leader of an international men’s organization. The areas of his knowledge and experience include system’s theory, Behavior Modification, Family Systems, gestalt and psychodrama, accelerated learning techniques and spiritual mindfulness training.

6-key areas of

coaching & therapy:

1. Fulfillment: Another term for fulfillment is “striving for Success or Prosperity. We focus on what YOU consider fulfilling for you. Your future is visualized in the present bycreating Goals and Priorities that allow you to create an Action Plan. This has been referred by Benjamin Hardy as “Future Self”. Guiding you to be on-purpose takes you through developing your Purpose/Plan and Priorities.

2. Balance: We focus on striving for balance with a “4 Chambers of Heart”: career, family, health and relationships. It is only with Balance that success can be attained. By balancing our lives, we stay one step ahead of unnecessary, self-inflicted conflict. And overall success can happen when one of these “4 Chambers of the Heart” bears fruition.

3. Process: We are continually flowing in the river of life. We are products of our past which depended on early decisions that allowed us to survive but are no longer functional and be a Burden. We create a fresh future by focusing on choosing new strategies which create new ways of Being. There is a process to experience that needs time to mature. The path of Process is a transformational and transcendent path that requires courage and a willingness to change.

4. Relationships: All of my coaching work involves transforming relationships. We learn the most from the “other” and then being in relationship with Spirit. Relationshipsneed to be served and maintained in a way similar to keeping the body healthy. Even in the work place, stewarding relationships is vital to the life-blood of the company.

5. Systems: Everything operates in a mutually inter-dependent manner. The decisionsthat we make now will affect your immediate system and the lives of others. In working with
a family or company, we focus on creating success through the system. Working on what
successfully works in the system outweighs trying to fix all the weaknesses.

6. Evaluation: Often the complexity of personality styles needs to be evaluated. We have access to various tests and inventories that assess tendencies within yourself and the group. Individuals and organizations need to be assessed to determine ways on how success can be attained.
